semih is good player but i think he is not suitable for 4-5-1 you should better play with him on 4-4-2 attacking, 4-4-2 diamond or 4-3-1-2 you can get more result out of him plus he must play right side not left after second season he gets better and better . in my game semih 32 or 33 years...
