At away games I change the mentality to control, when I tke the lead and shout "Retain posession" and "Take a breather", also I changed the strikers to poacher and adv. forward

Robben is a very good player, but you would see him more at the physio than on the field.... he is one of the most injured players in the game as in real life

You can change the colors by yourself in this way:

open the settings.xml file with editor and search these entries:

I got no problems myself getting cards... its the tactic XD
but generally there are too much red cards in the game...

I don´t think that´s a bug, I have conceded only 2 penalties in the whole 6 month, with 6 different teams... have to be...
this tactic works really well with my new team rw oberhausen (2nd division germany)
my team is not a favorite for the promotion or the first half in the 2nd division (media says place 14 of 18, myself think about place in the top half)
but this tactic took me to 6-1-2 in the first nine games so...
