i downloaded my own megapack form a different website and just copied into document/sports interactive/ football manager 2011/ data

can somebody help me please, im playing a network game with my two mates, one of them terminated his assitants contract and i got the must respond news for it.
i can continue but it keeps popping about about having to must respond.
