No bother! I was having a hard time finding it myself a few days ago.

You right click the nav bar and you can can select extra buttons.

They should probably add the ability to select a difficulty to be honest.

Yeah I accidentally found that out shortly after posting. It's quite embarrassing as I was searching through preferences for ages with no luck! Thanks though.
