If you are playing with very attacking fullbacks and AML/AMR that have pretty good stats for tackling, try:
CF on runs into channels.
AML and AMR to roam from position and cut inside.
AMC to roam from position and hug touch line.

I'd say looking back, it was almost a 4-4-1-1 but it was known to be a 4-4-2 back then.
Ruud Gullit wasn't a typical striker and took up spaces in between the lines/the oppositions back four and midfield.
