Could you explain more about this lack of transfers as I've not noticed a problem? If you'd posted this in my thread then I could've looked into it. Without the help of the community it's very hard to keep track of everything.

I've done an update with some new leagues, revamped continental and world competitions and a number of fixes for things like transfer windows and prize money, but it will still only work with the default database, not 12.2. Not put a download on here yet, but it's available in my thread over on...

Sammyt is right, club and international rules are separate. If you add new continental rules for Europe, it will replace all current European competitions (Champions Cup, Euro Cup and Super Cup). You would need to add these back in if you want them and some of the rules are impossible to recreate.

You only need to make the changes in one file.

You can only do one set of nation rules per file, so you need to create them all individually. When finished on the first file you need to save it, then remove nation rules and start over for the next nation. Save this as a different filename.

Prize money is pretty reasonable, but I haven't done any awards as it would take me too long to add them for all those leagues.

Are you sure you've followed the instructions exactly? I only ask because I've tested it thoroughly and the file has been downloaded almost 400 times and nobody else has reported it to crash.
