Just my opinion but I find V13 to be much better than v15, but that is just me. I have tested out both tactics with multiple clubs such as Arsenal, City, Ath Madrid, Inter, and after using both versions for a couple seasons with each team I just find v13 to be more solid.

Sandro was $65 million USD, and Dybala was $125 million USD + 10 in addons. Both well worth the $$

I signed Alex Sandro for Real madrid the first season and used this tactic and he returned a whopping 13 goals and 19 assists at the LWB pos. Marcelo had a great year as well!
