It is a standard "split screen" option. During the match in the split view tab. simply click the down arrow in the pane you want to view it in, and select the "your team" motivation option.

I started my career as Porto, never got any offers for him luckily. Now, 4 seasons in I am managing Chelsea and just had to pay £70M!!!! Well worth it though, he is a beast, played 10 games so far and he has scored 12, including 2 against Man Utd... :)

I had this situation with Hulk for Porto. I chose option 2, then a few weeks later have another chat with him. This time you should have the option about having had time to think and will allow him to leave. Follow this up 2-3 weeks later with a new contract offer, he should accept and be happy...

Also, very strange to notice that he shrunk by 1cm in 2 years aswell.:)
