As the thread title says, been West Brom, £16 mill budget to start with, need a good complete Wing back, good Ball playing Centre Back, and good Deep Lying Forward. Any names....

I have started a season with West Brom, I seem to find the AGGRESSORS tactics work really well at Home but sometimes struggle against the top teams away, i.e. Tottenham and Arsenal. What tactics are good to use, and training for away matchs.
Plus got £16 million budget. Need a good Ball playing...
