More star potential than Van Persie & Rooney and decent stats, hope this guy will turn out topclass:

Oteiza and Coudert look like they'll form a worldclass central defence. I'm not entirely certain what to make of Kramer; 17yrs is still very young; i'm very interested to see how he'll turn out. Thamand looks an awesome GK prospect allround; his weakest point being distribution but who cares ^^...

Determination is already at 16, which is sufficient, but if you have the right player for it you can increase it further through tutoring. Work rate at 13 is not entirely horrible, and it's a stat that improves pretty well through development. Workrate falls under the "strenght" training...

That's not correct; club facilities obviously play a large part in how much of a player's potential he will reach, but it is not taken into consideration for scout reports. In a scout report, the potential ability of a player is what he could potentially reach under the best of circumstances...

Renato has good stat distribution, and if he's a wonderkid with high star potential he'll turn into a great player. He has no weaknesses physical; everything is already 10+; everything except jumping will be 15+ when developed. He has 10+ in aggression & bravery, so he will make challenges...
