I would recommend selling Dimmy Gray, you'd probably get about 5-7m for him... Then use that money to buy another CB or loan in a player, I bought Macheda, Hutchinson and loaned in Dijibodji from Chelsea, managed to get promotion with them in my first season. Maghoma is also a really good winger...
