try frankie de jong, for me very good player, in 2018 manager was gelson martins one of the best, arthur, de ligt, fekir, milinkovic, odriozola, rulli, moise kean, rodrygo. this all player you can buy ~40mil. ok milinkovic 70mil.
at FM2019 this all players at the new clubs ant you can't buy :)...
