This tactic has so much potential. I'm trying to tweak it a little. I prefer "normal" formations tactics over those a-symmetrical.

I tried to tweak your tactic a little but it's still close to yours and I'm having good results on the newest patch. Looks like it's not one of those tactic ruining patches.

Played three matches after recent hotfix: 2 draws and 1 loose. Welcome to Football Manager where patches break amazing tactics ;) I wasn't struggling really hard however, so I'm pretty sure just some tweaks are needed.

By far my favourite formation this year. I'm testing V2 right now, looks promising especially after I built-in some slight OI's for opposition defenders.

I got some set pieces questions. Are posted defending corners for 14.3 working for you? I switched to the ones posted in first post and opposition's corners started to be dangerous, but maybe it was just a bad luck (haven't played many games yet). As for attacking corners, who should be taking...

This tactic is doing wonders for me. It's andrichbrand's V3 with Gooner's tweaks for V2. For better rivals I switch to V2 counter. Match training is Def Positioning 30 to 50% depending on the rival and I guess full tactic's knowledge is important. But it may only be a one year run of good luck ;)

Gooner underdog tweak tactic is simply insane. GJ! It's a shame I can't find a similar tactic for games when I'm the favourite. "Control version: v2 with control mentality & lower tempo, be more disciplined, retain possession team instruction changes." I think this is the step in right...

I played some more matches and this tactic needs to be more popular. So far it's the most stable tactic I tried in 14.3. And dominating in possession or statistics is always nice :P GJ

Interesting tactic, but there is potential for tweaks as you indeed struggle in the second half. I will test it some more but for now it looks promising.

Really defensively solid tactic and pleasant to watch. However I can't get my striker to score and it's strange as he's my best player.

I am the first one to wish then ;) I like the way of playing but it seems like it still can be somehow improved.

Are you still trying to tweak Tiki-Taka some more or is it the final version? Btw great descriptions of tactics :)

Maybe last major patch will change something... Earlier version of 14 had more interesting and different tactics than current. I gave up on this version already as huge match engine patch is inevitable.
