Well once again I have used this tactic and have just done so so well.
Started unemployed and took over Chelmsford. 3 years with them and I brought them to League 2 with 3 straight promotions. Applied to Norwich (who was in the Championship) and took over. Won the league after some great young...
I have not switched any roles nor changed the mentality. BTW Im using the non-tweaked version I believe. The one with Complete Forward, Trequartista, Wingers, DLP, Roaming Playmaker, BPD's and Wing Backs.
Took a while to finish the season I was on because of school but it has been amazing. My third year using this tactic and its become unstoppable. Still have FA cup final and Champions League final but thought I'd post the results of my season. One loss the whole season. Over 100 points in the...
I just leave them in winger roles always. TBH I play Pavon/Alexis/Ox on LW and Alexis/Ox/Embolo/Theo on RW in those orders if someone is injured or whatever. More like Inside forward LW and winger RW.
I do not change the mentality. Two keys to this tactic imo are great fullbacks with good crossing and wingers that cut inside. They bring the opposition inside and all the fullbacks to fly down the wings and fling crosses in.
Going great into the second season with the tweak. Lost in CL Final against Bayern last year and came 2nd in EPL (Chelsea was just too good, lost by 3 points). I got revenge though :)
Yea, it was after the xfer window when I started using this with my arsenal save and didnt buy a real BWM. I mean I have flamini and coquelin but I still felt CM-D was the best bet.
