I like the ideas of goals, fans at some clubs and board members sometimes want a signing, or a player to be sold, or a reputation rise, the game doesn't really do this. I also think that players should occasionally come back to their first club or retire to the mls like in real life.

If you want to play with the Ivory Coast you should have loaded France. Tons of players coming up through French clubs with Ivorian nationality.
