I'm managing Gateshead and switch from 4-2-2-2 to 5-3-2 and to 4-3-2-1 and it seems to work well. my top scorer has 20 goals as you can see and my MC's are all rated highly, I do have a very large squad and am just over budget.
My only problem is Training, with Gateshead being a Part-time club...
