I agree with almost all you mention excecpt the poor rating sub, if the Striker has under 6.5 means he is missing goal chances and i replacing hoping that the sub does a better job.

Praise their training whenever you can, don't think there is another way. And don't make them do thing's they don't want, like a different position, role or excess training.

@brugod @McFly92 No, it's a real user that takes is time testing and positng results, they might sound similiar but they are not.
