btw in addition for all positions what should be added when you search a particular player is Concentration & Determination attributes. Player with low Concentration attribute is easily to be complacent, hence player with low determination attribute is easily...
Short of a cheating maybe & also boring as well perhaps, but i always consider this kinda process as trial and error. You see lads, when i restarting the game, i ain't only seating tight but try to tweaking up my tactic or reassemble my player position or try a different preparation-mid half...
if i just can't win the game...easy just exit the game and load the last game all over and over again till i won the game or at least got a draw :P (always save your game before submitting the squad)
Tips : assign your scout to your "transfer listed" target, get report card only. Check out the possible price to be accepted by his former club then make an over based on the scout estimated price. A club seldom answering your "inquiry bid", most of the answers are "not for sale"...but actually...
