I'm surprised there isn't more discussion of this tactic. Finished 3rd my 1st season with West Ham, no signings.

Early on it's been really good, playing as West Ham. 2 wins, including 6-0 at home against Spurs, and 2 draws in the league, but I dominated every game and was unlucky not to win all 4.

My early results with the 4-4-2 are very promising. 3 matches, 3 wins with league 2 Cambridge, including a win at Southampton in the league cup.

I had pretty good results with this tactic using Bilbao. First season finished 4th and won the Spanish Cup. Second season finished first, bombed out of Champions league and Euro league, mostly due to playing youngsters, and lost in 5th round of cup.

If this has been answered already I apologize, but should the wingers be left on left, right on right, or the opposite? On your Wolves save, you have it that way, but they're role is inverted Winger.

Great tactic! After a couple 3rd place seasons with Bayer 04, I was stuck in 8th place halfway through season 3. I plugged this in, and won the league on goal differential.

Mason Greenwood has always done well for me on two different saves, second year. First as a cup/rotation guy at United, then on Loan at Bayer 04 second year on a different save. Obviously he's going to be tough to pry from ManU, but try to get him on loan.

How much do you have? I've signed Sebastian Druissi my first year in a couple saves for about $15 million usd, and Victor Fisher for $16 million. Not sure if either guy will join a smaller club or not.

I'm seeing a lot of tactics with inverted wing backs. Are they supposed to be left foot on left, right foot on right, or the opposite? And why does it have inverted wingers, if it's still left foot on left, right on right?

As has been said 100 times already, tactic is insane. I took over Cagliari, a bad Italian side, but one with players that fit the tactic fairly well. Only signing first season were loan players as backups. Finished 2nd in the league with 83 points, and won Italian Cup. Second season, signed...

One thing you can do is just make an extra save, one where you take the Sheff utd job, and the other where you stay at Gill.

Has the thread for the Reaper tactic been closed? Was the tactic deemed not good enough? I used it for one season at Stoke, finished 7th.

Has anyone tried it with 2 IFS? I realize the OP says that this isn't ideal, but all my wing players have 'cuts inside from both wings' PPMs.

How do I set the OI so that it uses the instructions each game? I used the OI tab on the tactics screen, but when it goes to opposition instructions before a match, it's blank.
