when im playing a match I notice that when i click on the pitch, timeline, pause/play, rewind buttons ect.. the game crashes but not if i click on touchline instructions.

Hi i bought and digitally downloaded FM2010 from GAME, a while ago and the other day decided to downloaded a patch and now my digitally downloaded version of FM2010 asks me to insert a CD when starting the game up. and obviously i don't have a cd. so i reinstalled my game which fixed the issue...
ive installed it but when i start the game it says 'unable to find Football Manager 2010 disc, please make sure it is in the drive'
btw i downloaded the game from GAME so i dont have a disc
