Apologies if there is already a thread on this but I couldn't find one. I am managing Liverpool and have 5 world class youth coaches all with 20 in 'Youth', so how come all my youth players are cack and just get released on a free? How do you get half decent youngsters coming through?

It definitely takes a bit of tinkering and making sure you have the right players playing.
