Is there any way I can see how much a players stats has increased? Because I can't remember what each stat was at the beginning of the season.

I opened up FM this morning and my game had gone... Does anyone know how I did it and how I can get it back?

I'm new to FM, and I don't really understand the stars that rate a player. Because I'm managing Cheltenham Town and it says that Marlon Pack could be five stars. But some premier league players don't even get four stars... I don't get it
