In the editor under the managers "non-playing data" you have the tabs "tactical Attribrutes" etc etc... and there is one called "tendencies" in here is where it states "target man" and "counter attack"

Oh that's just a vlookup table so that when u put a value into the table it's looks in up on sheet 2 to find the value that matches the one u typed...

UPDATE! On the "non-playing" data for a manager you can also find data in the "tendencies" tab to improve your tactic Will use target man + Will use counter Attack
