In every game I've played, Winsper is 5 star rated on both Strength and Aerobic training, he's cheap, he's not employed at the beginning of the game and you can get him to sign with lower level sides, so that's why I consider him the best in the game.

One more thought, have you tried swapping the wingers? I found that to be helpful as well.

I would recommend ignoring the reputation altogether. IMO, Paul Winsper is the best fitness coach in the game and I believe his reputation is "National."

I would suggest tutoring him as much as you can. With my Everton save, I used Neville to tutor him off the field and his mental stats greatly improved.

Try Simao from Chinese club Shandong. He was cheap (3.5m), high work rate, team work and determination. He had no problem blending in from the start in my Everton save.

What are the two outside forwards doing when not in possession? It seems that you would be vulnerable defensively out wide when not in possession? I'd try tight man marking the opponents FBs with the two outside forwards to track back and relieve pressure on your own FBs.
