There's all sorts of approaches to get your team scoring, I'd suggest using 2 wingers as Inside Forwards and using a lone striker as a Complete Forward.
Best thing to do is try different things with your tactics instead of sticking to the same formation.

What's going wrong with your current tactic? e.g Conceding too much, Not scoring, Possession etc..
The tactic 'does' make sense, i wrote it in enough detail and explained the positions.
The aim of it is to play in the oppositions half and having agile full backs who can track back before the opposing team has the chance to put a counter attack together.
The long shots i put on for a reason...
As the title says, I'm starting a new save with Atletico.
I've never managed them on any of the FM's, Just wondering based on other peoples views what would be the best philosophy based on their squad players?
Counter Attacking, Balanced etc etc..

I know, what most of them assume is that when a tactic is uploaded, it'll work for every team.
They don't think about tweaking the tactic to their players styles etc.
Rather than stating the obvious about me making a tactic based on Barcelona's players, create your own to your teams own ability's.
You could always try making your own tactic instead of relying on other peoples tactic to gain success with your low league team..
I made this tactic simply because it's served me well with Barcelona, it doesn't say anything about being successful for all teams within the footballing world...
I've used it with a few small clubs and it doesn't seem to have the same effect as it does with big teams, It's hard trying to find players to fit specific roles within the tactic for a small club, but it can be done.
Considering I'm 86 games unbeaten i would say it's 'consistent' ..
All the requirements for the tactic to fully work are in the OP, if you've followed all the instructions you shouldn't have a problem.
