Does anyone know when the Regen dates are?

SI haven't put any effort into anything to do with lower league teams, especially players. E.G. Potters Bar who are in the Calor Southern Division 1 Central. I have played for them for 2 seasons now yet i have never been added to the game yet my brother has and he joined the same time as me...
I have noticed that the league i am in doesn't count for goal difference, its alphabetical.
E.G. Dunstable and Potters Bar are both on 10 points. Potters bar have 6 goal difference, Dunstable has 4 but Dunstable will still be top of the league
One thing i have noticed since the update today is teams are offering ridiculously low prices for my players.
I started a new Arsenal and Liverpool offered me ?60k for Ramsey, i re-negotiated to 15m and they upped it to ?90k.
On another occasion Monaco offered me $130k for Bacary Sagna.

Has anyone realised how bad the shooting is now? I don't know if this is a bug or how the game will be from now. I have Rooney and RVP upfront and there shots constantly go over or wide from about 6 yards out :/
