my scout on my Norwich save has CA: 20 PA: 20 so i listen to him but when lower league their is good players who my scouts dont rate, am guessing am better off using my own judgement in lower leagues
i see some players who i believe to have very good stats and would benefit my team, i then get a scout report on them and the scout dont think he is as good as what i already have but stat wise he looks a lot better.
Should i trust my scouts or just trust my own judgement?
I am Crawley and i have managed to pick up two top Cbs and Adam Nditi on a free .
These are class players for league 1 and have helped me towards a automatic playoff spot then all 3 have been bought for around 1mill each without my consent. Is there anyway i can interact with the board to stop...
i would say assistant should arrange friendlies, take control of them (if u want to get to season quicker), attend press conferences (once again quicker) and handle youth intake selections.
I also recommend you employ scouts with a good judging player ability, judging player potential...
Got a class regen centre back from Shamrock Rovers and managed to get him on a free for Crawley.
He was sold to Swansea 1.1mill which wad too good to refuse, as you could imagine im rather annoyed.
I tend to take lower league teams as far as i can or try and get to the top starting unemployed and sunday league past however once i get there i am bored as there is no element of challenge anymore and i end up starting a new save
Just wondering what motivates you to keep playing FM. I have seen people who are over 10 seasons into a save, just wondering what keeps you playing as i tend to get bored and start a new save after about 6 seasons.
