I believe he is i paid 22mil in the 1st season and he's already got 20 goals in 15 prem games and 10 assists, he's a star, but the best player to sign is Gotze by miles imho
Ninis is always a must buy for me by the time he's 23 he's normally got a moajority of 16/17 stats and becomes a leading central mid if you train him to that position - i get him for 3 mil normally too - Bargin!
