what can i do to make my lukaku a beast? i cant use him on the first squad becaus he isnt good enough (i have aguero) however i want him to be a ******* beast. what can i do?

I use aguero as a complete froward target man (formation 4 2 3 1 deep) with a AMC trequartista for suport, but aguero isnt scoring! HELP PLEASE what can i do
