Has anyone ever made a database where the teams are named after cities or counties and have players born there in the team. Is it even possible?

Sorry if this has been answered before, but do you know if leagues that have been created in FM10 will be playable in FM11. I've found some cool leagues to try out but I don't really want to start them if I know I'll have to stop playing them when FM11 comes out.
