I'm having the problem mentioned in the very first post. When I'm in College I can't open FM 2012 because Steam is updating and when I click "Start in Offline Mode" it still won't work. I am connected to a wireless but it still won't work for me. Any idea why this is? What would you recommend I...
I was going to download this to try it out but it's a .rar file and I don't know how to change it. Tried just renaming it as .tac but that doesnt do anything. Could someone who knows computers please assist? :)
