Up until FM24, probably yes. You can find very similar skins, as the UI didn't change much. It seems like in FM26 there isn't a way as they changed entirely the UI engine (moved to Unity) and also changed/removed a bunch of features.

I believe they should do both: an update for FM24, maybe even with a little DLC that is free to those who already preordered FM25, and mostly focus on delivering all previously existing features for FM26

To be fair, weights were probably never used as an aspect in any ME computations. Having them or not it's the same. Regarding International Management, Versus Mode, Draft mode, etc...I hope they maintain their word and will put it back in new versions of the game. So yeah, I still have faith in...
