Started Unemployed with no coaching badges and Sunday league football Experience. Applied any job possible and got called to make my way to Canada.

I'm Sebastian From Singapore, a little red dot in South East Asia. I've no coaching Badges and only Sunday football experience but nonetheless, i'm going to start my managing career.

For a manager with no coaching qualifications this is a good step,being offered the Singapore under 23 team head coach role.
I'll be taking charge of them for this tournament,with the other countries in my group getting even a point would be hard,but i like this kind of hard challenges.
The next 12 games were 6 wins,4 loses and 2 draw.
This is very well balanced team but i don't like the fact that i can't control the transfers and there isn't promotion for Bremen II.
The board really likes what i'm doing with this club.
The pre-season matches were done by the time i took over,so it was straight into league action.
The board's expectation is to avoid relegation.
Our season started not too bad. 2 wins,2 draws and 1 lost.
So after 5 games,we are 8th in the table.
Hopefully our good form continues.

22 days into the game and i was finally given two interviews. Real Sociedad B & Bremen II. The interview went well and i was approached by both of them in the end,and i decided to go with Bremen II. Nothing biased about it,just want to try the German Football feels. It's time for me to get my...
