I think they should add inflation, so that if I sign a 28 year old to a 5 year contract by the time they reach 33 the player is not getting paid as much as in previous years.
I would be happy with 2.5% a year.
Yeh I like that, and if you target too many players from one team the manager could start to hate you and will not sell to you.
I would like the oppurtunity to buy a club and to get full control e.g. I can oraganise loans, buy stadiums, improve facilities etc
I would like to set the club focus when you take over a club. I would like the ability to say I want you to focus on Youth development, which would mean the club would improve scouting, youth facilities but would decrease the transfer budget.
You should be able to sell players fairly easily...
Good facilities, good coaches all help. Once the hit 18 I try to get all my player 10+ games a year so if they are not in my first team I loan them out.
You can not tutor play in classic, which is a pity.
The easiest way to do this is to search for all the players you want e.g. All players 21 or younger and then scout (right click - Scout) the top 500-1000 players, then change it to under 18 and scout the top 500, and then top 16 and scout top 500.

I think the Asian cup will be the best way to make money, also expanding the stadium would help.
If you got a parent club which was able to give you good players then that would help save you some cash. I have never played in the A-League but I think it would be a good challenge.
Try offering 20m, and it set it to non negotiable. This may work at 16m as well. I always do this when a club negotiates a bid with me, I then take off the % of next sale, sometimes I also take of 1 million or 2 and then set it to non negotiable.
