I remember being worried about the same thing, but it turned out that the actual construction began during the summer and I just had to wait until then.

So, I only recently applied the German Team patch, but I don't want to restart my game. I was wondering if German regens will starting coming into the team as the game progresses or if I'll always be stuck with a German team full of non-existent players?
