Do not spend a lot. There are options which can be obtained on loan. For a new coming club to the Serie A, the below options won't be bad. Honestly, you'll not get value for money for 2 mill for a full back / wing back. Keep the money for wage where an aging star would come to you for a season...

Have a look at the italian pair Andrea Poli and Alessandro Florenzi. Both can do a good job. Won't come cheap though.
