Getting incredibly annoyed that my youth players won't go out on loan for a season to get first team experience. I have a few regens that are okay players at the moment, but if they went out on loan to gain some experience they would return better players ready to break into the team...

I just signed Bakker for £800k and is proving to be an excellent box to box player for my Bradford team (I'm in the championship). He's cheap wage-wise, has a fantastic engine and develops quickly. He's one of my star players now.
