you need to download a tranfers update, then start a new game, select (I think) Belarus league to load which starts, as far as I remember, somewhere in Feb. 2016 and simulate untill the end of the season... this is the only way I am aware of...

i'm with you on this one... ive tried both Wrath and Ultimate and they are nowhere near to Conqueror (im still using V2)
