Played this tactic with Arsenal (1st season)
Aim of tactic: To get a lot of players back when defending and a lot of players forward when attacking.
Style of play: To play a possession game, but also to counter attack at quick pace
OI: I don't use any opposition instructions.

I don't have anything specific to share with you, but my approach (assuming you have the money) is to have 4 strikers.
3 established strikers and an upcoming young player.
I usually play with my main 2 strikers, but if anyone of them plays poorly for 2 games in a row then I speak to him about...
To avoid hoarding all the best players for myself if a team puts in a bid for one of my players (usually my top talent) then I'll sell them for as high a fee that I can get.
After a few season the money certainly accumulates!!!
Haven't played FM for almost a couple of weeks.
Started playing again and noticed that the tactic isn't working as before.
I am still dominating teams but am not scoring as many (a lot of long shots).
So I have decided to incrementally tweak the tactic to see if I can get it back to where it...
Not really, I've noticed that at times with the 4-1-2-1-2 (I've tried changing to AP and Enganche), where my AMC only gets a 7+ rating if he assists or scores.
But find it the same for the strikers who get 7+ rating if they score or assist.

What does your squad look like?
Are you overachieving or did you get some really good players in?
It is pretty annoying when the chances don't go in.
I rotate among 4 strikers (Dybala, Icardi, Welbeck and Lautaro Martinez).
Dybala and Welbeck are scoring as normal, but Icardi and Martinez have dropped in their conversion rate.

Out of curiosity in the games you are drawing is it a deserved draw or that you haven't converted your chances?
