i would use a 4-2-3-1 tactic, with 2 IF attack and an advance playmaker Attack, use Suarez and Neymar on the wings, and Messi as a False 9 a Roaming playmaker and a ball-winning midfield. use exploit the flanks and play wider to get the most out of Suarez and Neymar.

unfortunatly, i don't think it will mate, you need an established player, someone who has won the majors (Player of the year, World 11, Players player) and won major trophies with high reputation clubs(Premier League, Champions League, La Liga)
