No you have to wait untill they are nearly ready to retire. Then in a private chat recommend them a role and if they are ready they will say "I'll get started". After that you will be able to see them

Hes 18 on mine now and not improved at all. Played him in cup games etc and tried to loan him out but no one wants him.. Hes gone from 4 star potential to 3 star in the scout reports as well.. Jack Robinson on the other hand is a machine!

How you getting on with Sterling, I really can't get him to improve much :/

Should be able to get Sturridge on loan... Sign James Tomkins from West Ham (Cover for centre-back and turns out quality) and maybe Collison as he can cover all over the place and gets better an better. Think you'll need a full back as well but not sure on that one sorry.

You have to spent money or get extremely lucky. By lucky I mean getting a top class player in a pack and selling him for loads. It takes far too long to sit there an play games until you have enough for packs and then a lot of the time you get no one in them haha.

I'll send it this weekend just gonna have a few more games with my mates before making the switch :) my pros useless at the moment anyway.

Anyone about who can accept requests or should I just send it another time.
