I would like a formation that works well for FMH 2012 PSP.

I would like a team in either Germany, Spain, England, France or Italy. I would like them to be a young team, with at least 2 million budget. Also I would like them to be trophy winners by 2-3 seasons. I am playing FMH 2012 on PSP.
