Personally I prefer Verratti, even though he costs more as he is used in a playmaker role (DLP) he has the better skills such as passing in which you look for, also has decent tackling too!
Yeah i just presumed he didnt have the update lol, also you probably wont get him yet but in about 3 years get Marco Verratti from PSG he is a great playmaker in my opinion, also ademilson, coates, ter stegen, contento, clyne, ince :)
