just not faces

it does yes all other files 'ive put on work. like (kits, logos) etc

after extracting the files to into the game Sports Interactive/Football Manager -graphics-faces then turned off "Use Skin Cache" in the game properties and ticked "Always Reload Skin On Confirm" the faces still don't show up any help welcome!!
