I don't want to put a downer on things but I haven't seen any hints of compatibility with netbooks yet...?
That would be excellent for some FM on the road. It would also be nice to be able to play without any hassle of 'small-screen' or 'windowed' adjustments.
...I can accept tho that the 3D...
To get to your command prompt:
Start, All Programs, Accessories, Command Prompt.
Hope it works for you, I've had the same problem. Looks like you might need to use something called Hamachi - I'm looking into it.
