The bugs that are going to be fixed on the full game, would that apply to the saves we started on Beta. Like I came across a few bugs on my current save, would that be fixed when the full game is released?

I like working my way to the top by top I mean a top/big club.. So I was wondering what are some "small" club in europe that are predicted to come 1-3 third in their respective countries and also are in Europe. Any suggestion would be helpful :)
