Hi guys, I was wondering if someone could help - I want to make nations like Monaco, Crimea, Pays Basque etc come up as nations when I boot up FM (ie playable or at least viewable). Anyone know how I go about this, as I don't seem to be about to make them join a continent or whatnot? Cheers, M

I had this problem too - I think if you set the CA too low then the attributes change in accordance with that - maybe that is the problem?

I believe you can set it so there are no transfer windows in individual nations under nation rules
