for example you have a defender player with 2.5 stars and he has marking 12 tackling 13 pos 12 jump 12 and then you have another player with 3 stars marking 11 tackling 11 pos 15 jump 11 whom you choose ?

when your scout make a scout report for exmaple player x and he tell you he have 2.5 stars current ability and 4 stars potenital ability and then when i buy him for my team he will become one star in the *** manager report ? why is happening this ? whom should i trust the scout or *** manager...
