Can anyone help..Im Bristol City in the championship..not doing bad but I always seem to occasionaly get 1-0 wins but more often I draw 1-1 what the **** can I do? started the season off near the top but slowly slipping.. Edit: I think it might actually be my team talks...i really dont get what...

I'm really starting to get fed up of being the big teams and winning things a bit to easily. can anyone suggest a team to be or country to give me a good challenge.

I can never resist the temptation of one of the big European clubs, even if I'm doing really well at another club..but usually when i do leave the smaller clubs I always regret it

I currently have Salvatore Foti..don't get me wrong he's a great striker but it feels like he misses alot of the chances he gets..is there any preferred move i can ask him to learn that will improve his game?
