This. I've found the tactic to be so much more efficient for me when ive "wingers" in the wide IW positions. They still tuck in and play, but when they have the chance, they beat the player outside and get balls into the box. This has lead to my striker scoring more goals.

Individual training, developing PPM's.. if you get the kid young enough, and have enough PA to play with, you can manipulate the stats a lot. I select the BBM role and focus on those selected stats. That's a lot of stats to focus on, and i do like to prioritise some of the stats that evolve...

This tactic has provided me with huge amounts of success in the few seasons ive implemented in it various saves. But i just cant fully enjoy that success, the ratings the CMs receive are just so poor... there must be something to change it?
